30-Day Return Window We accept returns within 30 days of the date you received your item. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return Contact us at ournurastore@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Do not send items back without prior approval — unapproved returns will not be accepted.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned: opened or used skincare products, sale items, and gift cards.

EU Customers — Right of Withdrawal If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU.

Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order.
